How long will my order take?

Our priority is always to get your order to you as soon as we can. We aim to ship orders the same business day. If you place your order on a weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day.

Can I track my package?

Absolutely. When we ship your order, you should receive an email confirming this shipment. This will contain your tracking number. If you’re having trouble finding your tracking number, you can contact us at wecare@sunnyy.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Can shipping be upgraded?

If you want to receive your package quickly, you can upgrade the shipping option. This will come at an additional cost. When you place your order, let us know as soon as possible if you want to do this. The best way you can let us know is by calling (800) 266-7883. Let us know your order number and the shipping method you desire.

Estimated Delivery Times for Domestic Packages

USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
FedEx SmartPost: 2-7 business days
FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days
FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next day

No weekender delivery is available for our packages through FedEx. If you make an order on Friday and select FedEx Standard Overnight, your package will not be delivered before Monday.

For customers wishing their packages are delivered to a P.O. Box, you should choose USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

We only offer FedEx International Shipping at this time. It’s important to know that this will take a further two to three weeks to arrive at your destination. Sunnyy isn’t responsible for any customs delays or returns due to country regulations.

How do returns work?

All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You can easily speak to a member of our customer service team and we can help you. Then you can ship your order back.

The return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You’ll return your refund for the items once we receive your order.

Will the packaging of my order be discreet?

We always make sure that our packages are discreet and private for customers. We understand the importance of your privacy and that is why we don’t list ‘CBD’ or other specific branding on the box.

My package has not been delivered – what are the next steps?

If you were expecting your package and it hasn’t arrived by the delivery date, it’s recommended to check the tracking number. This should have been sent to your email address with shipping.
